3: Millerstown Lions Club annual Card Party
Plans have been finalized for the annual Pinochle card party sponsored by the Millerstown Lions Club in Millerstown. The event will be held on Saturday, March 3 at the Greenwood Elementary School just off Route 17 East in Millerstown Borough, Perry County. March 10: Spring Fling Craft Show Announced for Millerstown
Millerstown Community Success, Inc. (MCSI) has just announced that they will sponsor the 20th Annual Spring Fling Craft Show on Saturday, March 10 from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. in the Greenwood Elementary School along Route 17 in Millerstown Borough. Central Baptist is inviting
the community to participate in our first Easter Egg Hunt! Prizes include an iPod,
2 bicycles, and various other prizes. Age brackets: Preschool and under & K-6. Easter
is a special holiday to Christians all over the world, Central hopes you will join
us for this special event celebrating Jesus' resurrection.
April 29: Basket Bingo
Perry-Juniata Chapter of Penn State Alumni is sponsoring a Basket Bingo on Sunday, April 29, at Millerstown Moose Family Center. Proceeds benefit the Scholarship Fund for any high school senior entering any PSU campus. Raffle Items are: Penn State Medium Market Basket and Lid Set; Social Gathering Basket Set; Crimson Hill 14" Generations Basket Set. Doors open at noon. Games begin at 1:00. Lunch is available by Women of the Moose. Cost: $20.00 for 20 games. Door prizes -- Early Bird game - and 50/50 games.
