Moved and approved: add insulation above kitchen ceiling and remove ceiling heat vents in Community Room. (Amber/Kirk) Since the kitchen is being used during the winter, it needs heat to prevent water pipes from freezing. The Community Room wall heaters are adequate for heating the room. Mark will do the work. New remote key system with keypads will be added to all outside entries. It was agreed that it would be a safer and easier method than having someone (Wil) being on premises to unlock and relock after each rental. It would also keep an electronic log of when doors are unlocked. F. Old Business: 1. Security Cameras: Nothing new. 2. Campbell Trucking Sign: See below in New Business. 3. Drainage issue in parking area near Black Pavilion: Tim Sagle will be working on it when things dry out from the rain and flooding, probably in the spring. Mark and Wil are going to build a support to hang the sign in front of the building, near the road, that will be raised several feet higher than the old one to alleviate road damage. 8. Stage Rail/Fence: Ivan Peachey in Belleville can provide logs for approximately $1800. Mark will check on an exact price. 9. Park on Facebook: Wil Benner will contact Arch Sherman about former FB pages. 10. Vending Machine: Amber is working on it after cold weather is gone. G. New Business:                1.  Park Signs: Shane Davis was at the meeting to discuss the following: Large Park sign: PVC (3/4 inch) is the preferred material for longevity but the current faded sign is made of plywood (1/2 inch). It was moved and approved to table a decision on what material to replace the sign with until the masonry signposts can be measured. (Kelley/Den) The approximate cost of replacing both sides of the top part of the sign would be $1,100. Campbell Trucking Sign: Shane will get back in touch with Frank Campbell for approval of a different sign than the large oval sign we have in storage for the side of the truck play unit. 2.
