Permanent Restrooms: Teresa checked with PA DCNR (State Parks) about their composting toilets. They are not recommended. They prefer Vault Toilets purchased from Romtec.com. They are expensive ($47,000 for a two-seater) and would not work in a flood plane area, but might be an alternative to building permanent toilets that hook into the high- pressure sewer system. 2.  Security Cameras: Nothing new. 3. Campbell Sign: Den is thinking of building a play unit with a suspension bridge that would incorporate the big Campbell trucking sign. He already has some of the materials. Hoping the Campbell family will contribute some funds. 4. Randy Spriggle Memorial: On hold for now. 5. We only make money on tickets we sell, not anything when tickets are bought on-line. 9. Memorial Bench in Memory of Billy Roush: Waiting for delivery. 10. Memorial for Preston Bortell and Jackie Minium: The family is donating a large octagonal picnic table/bench. A suitable location is being chosen. 11. Charcoal grills: Bob Yohn and The Cody Foundation will be installing charcoal grills that will be placed at the Black ($318.16) and Scout ($121.25) Pavilions. Bob is also checking on posts for mounting the grills and concrete ash-disposal rings. The Cody Foundation is donating all this in memory of Cody Yohn. 12. Amphitheater repairs: The laminate facing on the edge of the theaters roof is pealing off. Repairs are on hold for now. 13. Park & Ride: A representative might be at our June meeting to discuss the possibility to incorporate a Good Neighbor Park & Ride area into our parking area in front of the red storage building. We can set the time of use and other rules that are acceptable to our parks’ needs. Please come with suggestions. H. New Business: 1.  Online Reservation Service: Teresa looked into an online service that could reduce the maintenance of reservations for park facilities (FareHarbor.com). Teresa and Willard will determine if this would work for him and us. 2.  Fire Pit Use: Questions have risen about using the fire pit if no one has reserved the Black Pavilion beside the pit. Den will check with Bobbie Wertz Hoy (primary donor) to see what her preference would be before we develop new rules. 3.  Tree Donations: Kelley proposed adding trees as a new form of donations for the park. For a fee, people could purchase a sizable tree and a plaque that would identify the kind of tree and the name of the person is it in memory or honor of. The cost of the tree, delivery and planting would be included. We could make a list of acceptable trees. MRC and the donor would choose appropriate placement. 4.  Painted Rocks in Memorial Garden: Recently blue and white painted rocks were placed around donated plantings on the canal path memorial garden. It was agreed that natural rocks would be acceptable, but the painted rocks were undesirable. Curt will contact the patrons. I. Next Meeting: Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. J.
